Set-Up Technician
- Hang and pull injection molds quickly, safely and accurately.
- Set/monitor temperature controllers, material dryers, material loaders and process measurements.
- Hook-up ancillary equipment.
- Start tools and process them into conformance with requirements.
- Troubleshoot problems.
- Demonstrate teamwork and communication skills.
Maintenance Technician
- Service and repair Injection Molding and ancillary equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and process water systems.
- Maintain/measure barrel/screw/nozzle systems.
- Demonstrate teamwork and communication skills.
Mold/Tool Repair
- Fit parts for assembly
- Assemble molds.
- Verify dimensions using micrometers, gauges and dial indicators.
- Demonstrate teamwork and communication skills.
Machine Operator
- Operate one, or multiple machines, and pack parts to meet quality standards.
- Maintain documentation.
- Keep work area clean and safe.

Quality Inspector
- Work from drawings, specifications, and instructions using an assortment of measuring tools.
- Perform visual and dimensional checks of in-process or finished products.
