Firearms Industry for handguns and long guns, supplied to notable firearms manufacturers.  Many require insert molding and / or over-molding with separate materials and colors.  Nordon holds a type 7 Federal Firearms License to manufacture full firearms and all components.  Nordon can also take possession of firearms for testing, evaluation and design assistance.  Our services are an intracal part of the early stages of prototyping, making for a much smoother transition later into full production.

Over 20 years ago, Nordon was producing rigid plastic containers both to strictly utilitarian standards and to higher cost cosmetic standards, using a range of polymers from polyethylene to talc-filled polypropylene.  As the end-use market evolved to flexible packaging, Nordon transitioned to supporting flexible packaging by co-developing closures for flexible packaging applications.
